 TLC charges a one-time registration fee which is $100.00. This one-time fee may be paid either by check or major credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX). The registration fee is renewed at $40.00 each January there after. TLC staffs the office Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. There is always a staff person on call after and before hours, as well as weekends for your convenience in the event of an unplanned emergency or last minute need. *TLC charges a referral fee for the service provided to you which can either be prepaid by check or placed on your major credit card. TLC’s temporary referral fees are as listed below: Please note that TLC charges a slightly higher fee for service provided after or before hours for service needed that same day or evening and with less than 4 hours notice for same day service.
